(Mock) Monday Night Raw - Week 4

Monday Night Raw kicks off into high gear with it’s intro ‘Move to the Music’. Now we see the set up of The Highlight Reel in the ring as Chris Jericho starts off the show with the return of his own talk show. He then talks about how people in the streets where asking him what did the future lie between himself and Wade Barrett. Talking about they were the top Twitter and Google searches this entire week. So now Jericho invites his new security for his show….Wade Barrett. Barrett comes out in a suit and stands by Jericho. He tells the booing crowd to respect their future world champion. Jericho then announces his guest for the evening, Jack Swagger. Swagger comes out and greets Jericho as if they had been friends for years. He tells him that despite not making it out of the first round that he would rather have Jericho as champion than Cena. He then tells the crowd that if you want to respect and cheer for a true American, to respect him. They boo him some more. Finally, Cena enters the fray and into the ring. He talks about how he was screwed and that a true American will admit that they are nothing but a con. Furious, Swagger sucker punches Cena and the two go at it. Jericho then joins in along with Barrett. Outnumbered three to one, Cena is floored. But help is on the way to ring in the form of…The Great Khali. He then clears house until General Manager Vicki pops up on the screen with her not-so-famous ‘Excuse Me!’ She then makes a main event match between Swagger, Jericho and Barrett against Cena and Khali. If Cena can’t find a partner, then it will be a handicap match. The three heels leave the ring laughing as Khali helps Cena up.

Round One of the Intercontinental Title: The Miz vs. Chris Masters

After the break, we see Chris Masters already in the ring getting ready for his match. The Miz final comes out with a mic telling the crowd how he is almost definite ‘SummerSlam’ bound for the I.C. Title. As he got in the ring, Masters began to overpower Miz right away. Miz gets some moves in, but Masters is much stronger. Near the end of the match, Masters accidentally knocks out the ref. Not realizing it, he still goes to apply the Master Lock onto The Miz. He looks like he’s already tapping out but out of nowhere, The Masked Superstar comes into the ring with a chair, knocks Masters to the ground and runs back out before the ref saw him. So Miz took the advantage and did his ‘Skull Crushing Finale’ finisher on Masters. 1…2…3. The winner is The Miz as he advances to the second round. The Miz looks confused as to what had happened.

Back in the General Manager’s office, we find DiBiase bursting into the office asking Vicki why he has to start his round two match after his match last week when Ziggler had the week off. She told him that he was ‘That Damn Good’. DiBiase took into that with a smile and walked away.

Round One of the Woman’s Title: Melina vs. Alicia Fox

As the bell rings, Fox goes to shake hands with Melina, but smacks her in the face instead. She then unloads a couple of moves on Melina. After a few minutes, Melina finally began to overpower her with some moves of her own. At the end, Melina finishes her off with her version of the ‘Maple Leaf Slam’ and pins her. Melina wins and goes adnvances to round two.

Dolph Ziggler is in the back with Josh Matthews being interview. He tells him that despite the respect that he has for DiBiase, he will come out on top in their match next because of his week off so he’s more fresh. Matthews then bumps into R-Truth and asked him was he alright after what had happened with himself and Regal. He tells him that he’ll make sure that it won’t happen again ‘And That’s The Truth’.

Round Two of the Intercontinental Title: Dolph Ziggler vs. Ted DiBiase

Michael Cole announces that it will be Ziggler’s ‘Sleeper’ vs. DiBiase’s ‘Dream Street’. As the match begins, they begin to go at it. They are evenly matched as they tried their finishers on each other to no available. Despite the two being heels, the crowd are on their feet as they see a great match going on with at the end we see Dibiase applying the ‘Dream Street’ and pins. 1…2…3. Dibiase wins and moves onto the final.

Now they are showing a recap of what happened in the beginning of the show with Cena, Swagger, Barrett and Jericho. Backstage, Matthews is now with Cena. He asked if he found a partner yet. Cena says that they haven’t and that Khali is more than enough to make it a three on three and that tonight they will both be going to war. Khali then taps Matthews and does the ‘You Can’t See Me’ pose.

R-Truth vs. Cody Rhodes

No more than five minutes into the match, R-Truth suddenly begins to feel light-headed as he still feels the effect that went down with William Regal a few weeks ago. The ref stops the match as they announce it a No Contest. Rhodes looks around to see if there were any fans trying to jump in after him like last week, then slowly walks away to the back.

Vicki then announces that R-Truth will be out of action until SummerSlam so we ‘The Raw Fans’, can get what we want out of a match.

Round Two of the Women’s Title: Natalia vs. Tiffany

As both ladies entered the ring, out comes Beth Phoenix to come sit right by Michael Cole and The King to analyze the match. Then Melina’s music hits as she comes out and sits right next to them as well to analyze. Natalia looks distracted as Tiffany took the advantage and started beating down on her. After getting her way with her, Natalia finally took it to her with some wrestling moves of her own. In the end, Natalia applied the Sharpshooter on Tiffany to make her tap out. Natalia advances to the finals. Beth then cheap shots Melina and throws her into the ring where Tiffany was still there. They began to double team her when Natalia runs back in to save her. Melina and Natalia finally made the heels run to the back as they both celebrated, but then looked at each other knowing that they might meet in the finals should Melina win.

Cena is in the back asking of Khali was ready for their match next. Khali then surprises Cena with a ‘Cena-nation’ shirt and cap signaling to come on.

Main Event: John Cena and The Great Khali vs. Wade Barrett, Jack Swagger and Chris Jericho

As the three heels enter the ring, Cena’s music hits. Cena then stops in front of the ring to wait for Khali. They both stood out the ring, confusing the heels even more. Cena and Khali turn around to find that they’ve found their partner for the night……Randy Orton. Orton comes out and the six began to brawl all around the ring. The numbers are even now. As the crowd got excited during the entire match, the ending saw Jericho at the tail-end of the RKO. 1…2…3. Your winners are Khali, Cena and Orton. Barrett tries to come in the ring, but gets a big chop from Khali. Swagger tries to come in but decides to just walk away. The show ends with all three faces celebrating and Orton delivering an RKO to Barrett as well.
